SUMMARY:Basic Training for Problem Gambling (Day 1)
DESCRIPTION:Organization: Oklahoma Association on Problem Gambling and Gaming \nThis 4-day training will take place on March 21 and 28 and April 18 and 25. It is designed to help counselors\, peer support specialists\, and others build an understanding of gambling addiction. \nTwelve hours of case consultation\, a prep class for ICGC certification\, and counselor resources and a workbook are included in the registration. \nThe training is free to anyone in Iowa\, Kansas\, Missouri\, Nebraska\, and Oklahoma\, thanks to Midwest Conference on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse (MCPGSA) funding partners. For those outside the MCPGSA region\, registration is $300.
