This year’s Ohio Coaching & Mentoring Network’s Conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday, August 1st and Friday, August 2nd. The theme of this year’s Conference is “Amplify & Grow Our Individual Strengths”. This two day conference will have a focus on building professional development skills surrounding emotional intelligence, communication strategies, utilizing your natural talents, leadership, and finding funding opportunities.

Description: This year’s two day Ohio Coaching & Mentoring Network’s Conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday, August 1st and Friday, August 2nd. Conference Training Objectives:
- Attendees will be able to list 3 new skills they can implement at their place of work in order to improve upon their professional development.
- Attendees will learn how to use their individual strengths to maximize their workplace performance.
- Attendees will be able to explain the importance of continued education.
- Attendees will build their prevention network by meeting at least two new individuals working in the field of prevention.
