The presentation will explore a comprehensive case study of a client being treated for moderate Problem Gambling. The case study aims to provide valuable insights and practical approaches for professionals treating problem gambling and clients who may be experiencing outside factors impacting positive outcomes.

Cost: This is a no-cost training opportunity.

Continuing Education:1.0 CEU (C2, G2) is available for this training for those licensed through the OCDP board. No prevention hours will be offered for this training. Problem Gambling Network of Ohio is an approved continuing education provider through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board, Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, and the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board.

Presenter: Katrina Arroyo, M.Ed., LPCC, LICDC-GAMB
Katrina is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Certified Gambling Counselor, currently practicing at Psych and Psych Services in Elyria, OH, and as a telehealth clinician with PGNO. She graduated from the Ohio Gambling Treatment Fellowship Program and specializes in mental health, substance use, and gambling related issues across diverse populations. Additionally, Katrina serves as a specialist for the Ohio Problem Gambling Helpline. She obtained her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University in 2017 and has been dedicated to working with problem gambling since.
